This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 191 dated 30.09.2025 under Sections 140(3) and 324(4) of BNS, 2023 at police station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab and to decide representation dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P-2).
