This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the respondent authorities for taking immediate and effective action on the petitioners complaint (UID No. 550550 dated 15.03.2025 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred complaint dated 15.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana to look into his complaint dated 15.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana to take action on the complaint dated 15.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
