Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.204 dated 9.7.2025 under Sections 21(C), 25 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar Rural. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply afresh in the first instance before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in case trial procrastinates unduly and folly thereof is not attributable to the petitioner.
