(Oral) Report has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the same, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The settlement/compromise dated 29.04.2026 has also been annexed with the said report, which is duly signed by both the parties as well as the concerned Mediator.
Both the counsel also admit about the said settlement. The terms of separation, as agreed between the parties, have been detailed in paragraph No.8 of the compromise.
In view of the amicable settlement, so reached, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn Ordered accordingly.
However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement/compromise dated 29.04.2026.
