    2  3)+). ) ' 4       56 7Learned counsel contends that the interim anticipatory bail granted to petitioner No.2 has been confirmed vide order dated 12.02.2026 and there is no injury attributed to petitioner No.1 either but for an allegation of having damaged the tractor. The matter otherwise stands compromised and CRM-M39144-2025 for quashing the FIR has been filed, wherein notice of motion has been issued. The petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 11.03.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) BNSS.
