The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the FIR No.90 dated 20.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 279, 304-A and 427 of IPC, at Police Station Doraha, Ditrict Ludhiana and judgment of conviction dated 30.10.2019 (Annexure P-3) on the basis of a compromise.

As the FIR under Section 304-A cannot be quashed, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
