(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the FIR No.52 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 61 of BNS, 2023 and Section 66-D of IT Act registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Hisar, Haryana against the petitioners along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise between the parties.

None appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State has filed a status report dated 13.02.2026 by way of an affidavit on behalf of respondent-State, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
