This order shall dispose of CRM-M-70263-2025, CRM-M-
- 2 - 1935-2026 and CRM-M-6375-2026, as all the petitions are interconnected and have arisen out of same FIR. However, the lead case is CRM-M-702632025. 2.
The instant petitions have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioners, during the pendency of trial, who have been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

In regular bail petitions, i.e., CRM-M-70263-2025 & CRM-M1935-2026, along with one other connected petition, one common order was passed on dated 05.02.2026, following order was passed by this Court:- "1.
Petition, i.e. CRM-M-1935-2026 has filed by the petitioner - Krishan Singh alias Krisan Singh alias Krishan alias Kinda, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.0021, dated 09.09.2025, under Sections 318(4), 112(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Bathinda.

Petition, i.e. CRM-M-70263-2025 has filed by the petitioner - Tanmay Pruthi alias Goldy, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.0021, dated 09.09.2025, under Sections 318(4), 112(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Bathinda. 3.
Let an FDR in the sum of Rs.1,05,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Five Thousand only) be prepared from a nationalised bank and deposited before the Investigating Officer by the petitioner, namely Krishan Singh alias Krisan Singh alias Krishan alias Kinda. 4.
Similarly, let an FDR in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) be prepared from a nationalised bank and deposited before the Investigating Officer by the petitioner, namely Tanmay Pruthi alias Goldy.

In order to enable both the petitioners to comply with the aforesaid directions, petitioners, namely Krishan Singh alias Krisan Singh alias Krishan alias Kinda and Tanmay Pruthi alias Goldy, are ordered to be
- 3 - released on interim bail, till the next date of hearing, subject to their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/ Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Illaqa Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate concerned, if not required in any other case.

As regards the petitioner - Sukhpreet Singh (in CRM-M69473-2025), he is directed to join the investigation as and when required to do so by the Investigating Agency. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad-interim bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.).

Besides, it is directed that petitioner - Sukhpreet Singh would hand over his passport to the Investigating Agency or to Court concerned, if he possesses. Otherwise, would submit an affidavit, disclosing the fact that he does not possess any passport. It is also directed that before leaving country any time during trial, petitioner -Sukhpreet Singh would seek prior permission of the Court. 8.
List these cases again on 23.02.2026.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases."
Subsequently, on 09.02.2026, following order was passed in CRM-M-6375-2026:- "1.
Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.21, dated 09.09.2025, under Sections 318(4), 112(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has not been found liable for the credit of any amount into his account, nor any amount has been credited to him by the complainant. Despite this, allegations of cheating involving a total sum of Rs.3 lakhs have been levelled against all the accused persons in the FIR. 3.
It is further submitted that the co-accused, namely Tanmay Pruthi alias Goldy and Krishan Singh alias Krisan Singh alias Krishan alias Kinda, have already been granted the concession of interim regular bail by this Court, vide order dated 05.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-70263-2025 and CRM-M-1935-2026.

It is further argued that, in case, any amount is ordered to be paid by the petitioner towards his alleged liability, petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the same.

List again on 23.02.2026, to enable learned State counsel to file status report in the matter.

Meanwhile, petitioner namely Sukhpreet Singh alias Preet is ordered to be released on interim bail, till the next date of hearing, subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/ Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Illaqa Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate concerned, if not required in any other case." 4.
Learned State counsel has filed common status report dated 21.02.2026 in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 5.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner - Tanmay Pruthi @ Goldy (in CRM-M-70263-2025) has deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- in the
- 4 - shape of an FDR. Similarly, petitioner - Krishan Singh @ Krishan Singh @ Krishan @ Kinda (in CRM-M-1935-2026) has deposited a sum of Rs.1,05,000/- before the Investigating Officer. Further, so far as petitioner - Sukhpreet Singh @ Preet is concerned, he has also deposited the requisite amount as per his alleged liability.

On the other hand, learned State counsel, while endorsing the aforesaid factual assertions, submits that none of the petitioners is involved in any other criminal case of a similar nature. However, keeping in view the conduct of the petitioners, it is contended that there is a likelihood of their indulging in similar offences in future and fleeing from justice; thus, they do not deserve the concession of regular bail.

Considering the circumstances in totality, and taking note of the fact that one of the co-accused, namely, Sukhpreet Singh, has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court vide a separate order of even date passed in CRM-M-69473-2025, and further that the culpability of the petitioners, if any, is yet to be determined by the trial Court, primarily on the basis of documentary evidence collected during investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the prayer for bail. Accordingly, the interim regular bail order dated 05.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-70263-2025 and CRM-M-1935-2026, and order dated 09.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-6375-2026, are hereby made absolute. The petitioners are ordered to be released on regular bail, subject to their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned, if not required in any other case. 8.
Needless to observe that the petitioners shall not extend any
- 5 - threat and shall not influence any prosecution witness in any manner directly or indirectly.

The observation made here-above shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the facts of the case and the Trial Court is expected to decide the case on the basis of complete evidence available on record. 10.
It is further made clear that the FDRs so prepared and submitted by the petitioners shall be subject to the final outcome of the case, and for this purpose, petitioners shall ensure renewal of the said FDRs from time to time.

Petition stands disposed of.
Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. Photocopy of this order be placed on the files of other connected cases.
