Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to ensure compliance with the instructions dated 11.08.2016 (Annexure P-1), issued by the office of the Director General of Police, Haryana (respondent No. 2), regarding the prompt registration of FIRs. 2.

On advance notice, Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, learned AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent/State and submits that, as per the instructions received from the SHO, Police Station Civil Lines, Sirsa, the issue in question has already been referred to Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Sirsa, for examination, and a committee has already been constituted to look into the alleged scholarship scam. 3.

In view of the above, this Court finds that no further directions are required to be issued in the present case. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of.
