Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail, to the petitioner in cross-case GD No.041 dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023, arising out of FIR No.118 dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 331(6), 331(7), 324(4), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 (Section 117(2) BNS added later on) at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdass, SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since FIR as well as the cross-version of the FIR has already been quashed by this Court, vide orders of even date passed in CRM-M-70987-2025 and CRM-M-709892025, present petition for anticipatory bail can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructous.
