The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct free and fair election of the Governing Body of Urban Home Pyramid Condominium Association.

Mr. Shailender Singh Baisla, Advocate has filed memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No.5. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not supplied list of members and they are unaware of outcome of elections as well as approval by District Registrar. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that elections have already been conducted and list of elected candidates stands approved by District Registrar.

The petition stans disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach District Registrar seeking list of members who participated in the election, list of elected candidates and process of election followed by society.
