# (3) the petitioner submits that the petitioner, aged about 20 years, has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of a complaint lodged by the father of the prosecutrix, alleging therein that the petitioner had aided the main accused in enticing away his daughter on the pretext of marriage. It is contended that the ingredients of the alleged offences are not made out against the petitioner. The alleged offence, if any, is only attributable to the main accused. Moreover, even the prosecutrix in her statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS, has not supported the case of the prosecution and has failed to attribute any incriminating role to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that there is no direct or cogent evidence available on record to substantiate the allegations leveled against the petitioner, who has already undergone an actual custody period of about 08 months and 22 days. There is no other case registered against
him. Four other co-accused have been granted the concession of bail by this Court vide respective orders passed in CRM-M-53367-2025, CRM-M39753-2025, CRM-M-63173-2025 and CRM-M-51300-2025. / > 3# #(3*#'*"3@
