This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC for issuance of directions to the trial Court to decide the Civil Suit No.282/2024 dated 02.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) titled as Dr. Prabhjot Kaur and another Vs. Mamta Rani and others, in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a prayer to the trial Court to decide the application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC as expeditiously as possible. 3.
