At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the brother of the petitioner (Karan Singh) had also filed a similar writ petition bearing CWP No.11216 of 2026 titled as Lakhmi @ Lakshmi Chand Vs. State of Haryana and others, challenging the order dated 01.09.2017 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Joint Commissioner, as well as order dated 05.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad, which has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026. It is further submitted that the orders challenged in the present writ petition are identical to those adjudicated in the aforesaid case and, therefore, the present writ petition is covered by the decision passed by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026 in CWP No. 11216 of 2026.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.11216 of 2026. 5.
