This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 5 for deciding the representation PGD-691458 dated 30.10.2025 and for taking strict legal action against the accused as per law with a further prayer to take legal action on complaint dated 17.03.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred representation PGD-691458 dated 30.10.2025 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, Punjab to look into his representation PGD-691458 dated 30.10.2025 and take appropriate steps at the earliest. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, Punjab to take action on the representation PGD-691458 dated 30.10.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
