The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of Criminal Complaint bearing No. COMA/15858/2025 dated 04.07.2025 titled as "Kirpal Singh Bharaj versus Gaurav Aggarwal" under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition so as to take all pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage, if so advised.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
