This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to the official respondents to form special investigation team to decide the representation dated 04.12.2025 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 04.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to look into their representation/complaint dated dated 04.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 04.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
