In the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner seeks the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the speaking order dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Kurukshetra, by which, the request of the petitioner for the grant of regular parole has been declined..

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present criminal writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further, at this stage. 3.
