Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and tendered apology on behalf of the petitioner that she has not disclosed the true facts as stated by learned State counsel on the last date of hearing that she is living with one boy namely Ankur.

Learned State counsel submits that they could not file the reply as the address mentioned in the petition is not correct and the petitioner is not residing on the given address from past 3 years as her family had shifted to GEETA RANI 2026.01.14 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRWP-13469-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) Rohtak. It is further submitted that they also contacted the counsel for the petitioner on his mobile number given in the petition, but fails to trace out the petitioner for recording of her statement.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that he has no objection regarding the higher study of the petitioner. 5.

Keeping in view the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that he was not given the true facts by the petitioner and the statement of counsel for respondent No.5 that he has no objection if petitioner wants to complete her higher study and come back to her home, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
