(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 28.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur; order dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and order dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, none appeared; despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
