This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of order dated 02.07.2025 passed by learned JMIC, Ajnala, Amritsar vide which the bail and bail bonds of the petitioner have been cancelled and forfeited to the Sate and non-bailable warrants of arrest has been issued to the petitioner in a case No.CHI/606/2025 titled as "State of Punjab Vs. Harman Singh @ Harman and others" arising out of FIR No. 364 dated 11.12.2020 under Sections 336,148,149 IPC and under Section 25,27of Arms Act registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural . 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner failed to appear before the trial Court as no notice was ever served upon the petitioner and he had no knowledge regarding the presentation of the challan, which was in fact presented in his absence. As such trial Court cancelled the bail order of the petitioner, his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to Renu Rawat 2026.01.27 17.14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-70464-2025 the State and arrest warrants were issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order dated 02.07.2025 be set aside.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rishabh Singla, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order 02.07.2025 passed by learned JMIC, Ajnala. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A. M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 03 days. 7.
