By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioner has alleged violation of the order dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-29476-2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby, the impugned transfer order dated 11.09.2025, passed by the Assistant General Manager, Admin (respondent No.6 in the writ petition), was challenged. 2.

The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Panchkula, Haryana (respondent No.2) to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of 02 weeks of the order.

Compliance report dated 23.12.2025 has been submitted on behalf of Mr. Amar Deep Singh, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana, along with the Speaking Order dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure R-1), which are taken on record.

Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Addl. A.G., Haryana, representing the respondent, informs that the order dated 30.09.2025, passed in the writ petition, has been complied with and Speaking Order dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been passed. It has been further informed that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, is not the competent authority to cancel the transfer order since the petitioner is serving in Panipat Urban Cooperative Bank, which is a Multi-State Cooperative Bank, duly registered under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 by the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Government of India, New Delhi. 5.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no further action is required to be taken in the present case, whereby, non-compliance of the order dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), has been alleged. 6.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is an employee of the Cooperative Societies, which is under the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Government of India, New Delhi, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate alternate remedy, as per law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
