This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in CWP-5276-2024. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Dr. Avnish Kumar, Director, Research and Medical Education, Punjab has already been filed in the Registry. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is so aggrieved, she would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
