The present petition has been filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0283 dated 09.11.2025 under Sections 108 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

At the outset, Ms. Poonam Tara Prasher, Advocate has put in appearance and filed her Power of Attorney on behalf of the complainant in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that vide D.D. No. 32 dated 16.12.2025, the provisions of Section 108 of the BNS have been deleted and Section 107 of the BNS has been added.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh after PARUL 2025.12.26 12:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
