Instant petition has been filed for quashing the letter/order dated 29.01.2021 (Annexure P-6) vide which the case of the petitioner for appointment as Constable on compassionate grounds has been rejected; for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Constable in the Punjab Police on compassionate grounds or in the alternative services of the petitioner be regularised from the date of his joining i.e. 03.01.2019 and appointment as Class-IV employee on compassionate grounds and to grant/release all the financial benefits from the date of initial appointment/joining i.e. 03.01.2019 on the basis of letter dated 06.12.2018 (Annexure P-5) of respondent No.4. 2.

After arguing the case for some time and reaslising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in view of considerable RAVINDER SINGH 2026.04.10 16:33 I agree to specified portions of this document
