Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for issuing directions to learned trial Court, i.e., learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, to conclude the trial within stipulated period as per the Punjab and Haryana High Court Case Flow Management Rules, 2005 of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, arising out of FIR No. 127, dated 03.11.2023, u/s 353, 307, 186 of IPC & Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at P.S. Sadar Batala, District Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1).

Aforesaid FIR was registered on 03.11.2023. After completion of investigation challan was submitted on23.05.2024, and thereupon, charges were framed on 22.10.2024.
As per zimni orders, appended along with present petition as Annexure P-3, many a times, proceedings could not go on because of nonappearance of the witnesses or the accused - Navneet Singh @ Nav @ Billa. 3.
At this stage, keeping in view the heavy workload of the Courts, JAWALA RAM 2026.05.07 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
