  / /&   0*.'* ' (1     2 34 5Learned counsel contends that the petitioner is similarly circumstanced to co-accused, namely, Ravinder Singh @ Robin @ Billi, who allegedly caused injuries and stands granted interim anticipatory bail on 01.09.2025, which was confirmed on 15.10.2025. There is a delay of 12 days in lodging the FIR. The complainant was holding a grudge against him. He is not involved in any other case; ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 28.01.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
