Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 17.10.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhiwani in NACT No. 1130 of 2020 titled as "IndusInd Bank versus Romi Sharma" as well as all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It has been averred in the petition that vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhiwani, a compromise VISHAL SHARMA 2026.04.28 18:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

  had been effected between the parties and the complainant-IndusInd Bank has withdrawn the aforesaid complaint.

Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 does not dispute the aforesaid facts as well as the position in law and also made a statement in writing before this Court that the matter stands settled between the parties and that he has no objection if the petition is allowed. s 5.

Since the factum of settlement between the parties remains undisputed, no purpose would be served by keeping the present petition pending as it is likely to result in a waste of judicial time. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and impugned order dated 17.10.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhiwani in NACT No. 1130 of 2020 titled as "IndusInd Bank versus Romi Sharma" as well as all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
