The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29355-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioners. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-29355-2025, compliance affidavit by way of affidavit dated 15.01.2026 of Dr. Ram Avtar Singh, District Ayurvedic Officer, Sonepat, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 15.01.2026 (Annexure D-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.4; compliance report by way of affidavit dated 13.02.2026 of Dr. Satpal, District Ayurvedic Officer, Karnal, Haryana, along with speaking orders dated 22.12.2025 and 09.01.2026 VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.02.27 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-6171-2025 (O&M) -2- (Annexurea D-1 & D-2), have been filed on behalf of respondent No.5, and compliance report of Navneet Gupta, Principal Accountant General (A&E), Haryana, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same are taken on record.
