  This petition has been filed for setting aside the orders dated 24.09.2025 and 06.10.2025 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, whereby respondent No.2 was granted bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so as to approach the Court that had granted anticipatory bail to respondent No.2 in accordance with law. Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
