The present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted complaints dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to Station House Officer, Police Station Baliwanwali and 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. 3.

CRWP-13547-2025 (O&M) -2Police, Bathinda, to decide the complaint dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioner, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioner for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by him.
