Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to assail the correctness of the aforesaid order dated 10.12.2024.
