This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of order dated 24.10.2025 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur in FIR No. 121 dated 22.05.2024 under Sections 379B, 34 IPC and later on added offence under Section 411 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur vide which the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner have been cancelled and forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants were issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the ld. trial Court on 17.09.2025 as the petitioner noted down the wrong date i.e. 17.11.2025 instead of 17.09.2025. As such the learned trial Court cancelled the bail order of the petitioner and his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State and petitioner was ordered to be Renu Rawat 2025.12.19 17.36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-71190-2025 summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order dated 24.10.2025 be set aside.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 24.10.2025 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of 03 days. 7.
