The instant petition has been filed by petitioner under section 482 B.N.S.S., 2023 (Equivalent to Section 438 Cr. P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered, vide FIR No.221 dated 22.11.2025 under Section 305 of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Saha, District Ambala.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, wishes to withdraw the present petition as during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has been arrested and instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
