The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.117 dated 07.11.2025 registered under Sections 132, 121(1), 262, 263, 190, 191(3) of BNS, at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. 2.

This Court vide order dated 13.01.2026 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.
