  Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 8 months and 5 days and has been convicted in two cases under the NDPS Act, vide judgments dated 07.02.2017 and 21.04.2022 as against it having been stated in para 14 at page 10 of the present petition, that no other case is pending or registered against him in India, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
