Seeking setting aside of impugned order dated 29.11.2025 passed by SDJM, Assandh, whereby the learned Magistrate had ordered for registration of FIR, the petitioner had come up before this Court by filing the present revision petition. 2.

Counsel for the respondent submits that for challenging the order of Magistrate, the appropriate remedy as per practice is to file a revision before the Sessions Court. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of and the mater is transferred to the Sessions Court, Karnal who shall assign it before the concerned Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Sessions Court on 21.01.2026. Interim order to continue till 21.01.2026 and thereafter, as per decision of the concerned Court. Liberty reserved to the petitioner as well as the respondent to raise all the points before the Sessions Court. It is further clarified that the observations made by this Court shall not be referred to by the Sessions Court. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
