Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that as per his instructions, respondent has died in 2011 and thus, the present contempt petition filed in the year 2025 would not be maintainable. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner in case the abovesaid fact is found to be not true.
