The present petition has been filed seeking setting side of the impugned order dated 03.07.2025 passed by the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide which the challan received by way of transfer in FIR No. 165 dated 17.10.2022 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957 registered at Police Station Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), District Ludhiana as well as the impugned order dated 03.12.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.
