Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 11.12.2025 has been passed by the Financial Commissioner Revenue and Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Manangement Department, as such, the order dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court, has been complied with. 2.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to assail the correctness of the aforesaid order dated 11.12.2025.
