The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.161, dated 29.11.2025 under Section 110, 118(2), 115(2), 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Joga District Mansa.

This Court vide order dated 14.01.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 14.01.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioners have since joined investigation and that they are no longer required for further investigation as of now.
