**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ , J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.219 dated 24.10.2025, registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required for further investigation of the case.

Learned State counsel, on instruction from assisting police official, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner(s) is not required for the purpose of investigation.
