(Oral) The present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 05.02.2025 registered under Sections 103(1), 115, 190, 191(3), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Sections 117(2) BNS and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 added later on] at Police Station Industrial Sector-29, Panipat, District Panipat. 2.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
