The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.09.2017 (Annexure P-2), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Karnal, whereby the application under Order 9 Rule 13 read with Section 151 CPC for setting aside exparte judgment and decree dated 16.12.2003, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to pursue the present petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the above submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
