the learned District Collector as well as the learned Divisional Commissioner, and remanded the matter to the learned District Collector, Fatehgarh Sahib, for deciding afresh.

2.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that despite the aforesaid order dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-2), respondent No.3 - Narinder Singh continued to attest documents. Consequently, the petitioner submitted an application before the learned Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib, seeking appropriate action against respondent No.3; however, no action has been taken thereon till date. 3.

At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Sona Thind, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib, submits that, as on date, respondent No.3 - Narinder Singh is not functioning as Lambardar of Village Sarana.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
