/In view of the letter circulated by the Bar Association, advocate is abstaining from work today.

As is apparent from the paper-book, name of the petitioner has been surfaced based on the disclosure statement of co-accused, who is stated to be in custody and against him, the allegations are of having misappropriated the govt, funds, while he was working as cashier in the bank. The petitioner is merely stated to have been asked by the co-accused to hand over the money to his wife, which shall be deposited by him before the concerned Court, subject to outcome of the case and thus, in no manner, is connected with the allegations that are levelled against the main accused. He is not involved in any other case FIR as stated in para 21 of the petition and in para 19 that he is ready to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion for 23.12.2025.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 20.12.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
