The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to consider his representations dated 11.11.2025 & 01.12.2025 seeking transfer of his electric motor connection in his name.

As per petition, the petitioner purchased a piece of land on 01.01.2019 from Ravinder Singh and Lakhwinder Singh. There is a motor connection. It should be transferred in his name because he along with his siblings is owner of the land. He is not having good terms with his brother Jarnail Singh and his sister-in-law. His brother-Jarnail Singh has tried to shift electric motor from one part of the land to another part of the land. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that competent authority, may be Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, would consider petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order within three months from today.
