     Petitioners have filed instant petition for quashing of FIR No.8 dated 01.02.2024 under Sections 406/498-A of IPC registered at Police Station NRI, District SAS Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that in this case challan is already presented and charges are also framed.


Perusal of file shows that petitioners have not challenged charges framed qua petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with complete particulars.

In view of the statement, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
