This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and to take appropriate legal action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred representation dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to look into his representation dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, Punjab to take action on the representation dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
