Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

Total four accused were named in the FIR in question on the basis of suspicion by the complainant - Parveen (brother of the deceased - Sanjay Rana). The said four suspects named in the FIR are: (i) Gaurav; (ii) Rahul; (iii) Deepak @ Atul; and (iv) Ishan.
After investigation, accused Ishan was found innocent; however, he has now been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Besides, JAWALA RAM 2026.03.20 14:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
